Deer Valley’s new East Village is just 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, making it easily accessible for travelers from major domestic and international destinations. Located at the base of its 3,700-acre ski terrain expansion, East Village will make Deer Valley one of the largest ski resorts in North America. In addition, there will be enhanced slopeside access, a state-of-the-art skier services facility, new retail offerings, culinary experiences, and a collection of apres venues.

134 guest rooms and suites designed to capture the essence of mountain elegance with floor-to-ceiling windows. private balconies, and in-room fireplaces.

123 fully-serviced private residences, ranging from one to six bedrooms and spanning 1,200 to 7,000 square feet. 

55 private residences situated above the resort, with an additional 68 owner-exclusive units ranging from one to five bedrooms, offering an unparalleled mountain living experience with resident-exclusive amenities.

All lodging accommodations include ski-in/ski-out mountain access.
