(Serves 4)

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt, ground
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Cumin

When you use olive oil and your oven to cook your sweet potatoes, rather than a deep fryer you get a deliciously healthy version of your favorite burger partner!


  1. Scrub potatoes clean with a brush. Slice potatoes into strips. (Note: You don’t have to peel them unless you prefer it. The skin has some great nutrients)!
  2. Place everything in a bag and shake well
  3. Put on a large cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray
  4. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes, turning halfway through the time

Sweet potatoes are delicious and nutritious!
