- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt, ground
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Cumin
When you use olive oil and your oven to cook your sweet potatoes, rather than a deep fryer you get a deliciously healthy version of your favorite burger partner!
- Scrub potatoes clean with a brush. Slice potatoes into strips. (Note: You don’t have to peel them unless you prefer it. The skin has some great nutrients)!
- Place everything in a bag and shake well
- Put on a large cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray
- Bake at 450 for 25 minutes, turning halfway through the time
